AI estimates detail; it cannot guarantee recovery of information lost to severe blur or compression. Fast resize increases resolution without AI reconstruction. Watermark removal is not part of Upscale Studio.

A compatible GPU can accelerate AI processing. Supported NVIDIA GPUs use CUDA; compatible AMD, Intel and NVIDIA GPUs may use DirectML. Availability depends on the GPU, driver and installed backend.
CPU processing is available but can be substantially slower. Allow sufficient memory and free disk space for your source media, models and outputs.
Start with 1080p or a short 4K clip. 8K is demanding and best tested on short clips with ample memory. Processing times depend on hardware, input size and mode.

A little clarity before you start.
Do I need an NVIDIA GPU?
No. Compatible GPUs can use DirectML, and CPU processing is available. GPU acceleration depends on backend and driver compatibility.
Does increasing resolution restore every missing detail?
No. AI can improve perceived detail, but results depend on the source. Severely blurred or compressed content cannot always be reconstructed accurately.
Will my exported video keep its sound?
Video exports retain original audio when the source contains a supported audio track.
How do trial and permanent licenses work?
The trial is time-limited. A purchased permanent license is tied to a single device. Contact us for a key and activation instructions; marketplace payment and app activation are separate steps.
How can I report a problem or suggest a feature?
Email support@zaneaidev.com with your app version, Windows version, GPU, processing mode and the steps to reproduce the issue. Attach relevant screenshots, with private information removed.
