Software EULA

License terms for Upscale Studio.

License grant

ZaneAIDev grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive license to install and use the purchased version of ZaneAI Upscale Studio on one authorized computer. A permanent license has no scheduled expiry for that licensed version. The software is licensed, not sold.

Trial and activation

Trial keys are time-limited. Paid keys are bound to a device. Keep your activation key private; do not share, sell or redistribute it. Contact support before replacing a device or making hardware changes that affect activation. A license does not authorize simultaneous use on multiple computers.

Permitted use and restrictions

You may process media you own or have permission to use, including for commercial projects, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Do not redistribute the proprietary application, bypass licensing controls, or use it unlawfully. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Your content and results

You retain your rights in your input media. This license does not grant rights to third-party media. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring your use is authorized. AI enhancement estimates detail and may introduce artifacts.

Third-party components

Open-source libraries, models and other third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses and notices supplied with the application. Those licenses govern their covered components and are not overridden by these terms.

Compatibility, updates and support

Performance depends on your operating system, drivers, GPU, memory and media. No particular render speed or reconstruction accuracy is guaranteed. A permanent license does not itself promise every future major release or indefinite support.

Limitations and termination

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided without a guarantee that it is error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. A material breach or a full refund may end the authorization to use the paid license.
